Crazy Cars That Are Street-Legal To Drive

We’ve all seen cars that are crazy on the road. Maybe when you’re driving to work or with your mom, but not when you’re not sure if they’re legal on the road. Today, we’ll look at some cars that are so bad, you’ll wonder how they made it through inspection. Let’s stop talking and get down to business.

    Flat Mobile

People say that this strange car is the lowest car in the world. When you look at it, you think of your slipper shoes at home. The Flat Mobile is 19 inches off the ground, but its two jet engines are one of the most surprising parts of its design. It makes you wonder what the person who made it was thinking about when they made it. At an auction at Brooklands, the car was sold for £9,775, which is about $15,675 in hard American dollars.

In 2010, the electric vehicle held the Guinness record for being the smallest car ever made for sale. The P50 is 53 inches long and 43 inches tall, like a small city car. The same way that some shopping carts at some malls look. Cyril Cannell came up with the idea for the P50, which was made for the first time in 1962 as a diesel car. Later, in 2010, the peel company changed it into an electric vehicle that weighed about 130 pounds. It would be a sight to see it make its way through traffic.

The BAC Mono is probably the closest thing to a race car that can be driven on the street. It has a very light chassis that weighs about 1400 pounds, which is a quarter of what a regular Mercedes or BMW weighs. Still, it has a lot of horsepower under the hood. This small beast has 285 horsepower from its 2.3-liter engine. That’s a lot of power for a small car that weighs only 1,400 pounds. It will cost you about $200,000 to get your hands on one of these.
